How do I view my cleared checks online?

You can now view/print your "cleared checks" online within our I.A.M. Online internet banking system.  Just view your checking HISTORY as you normally would, and you'll notice that your check numbers are now highlighted with "hypertext."  By clicking on the check number, a copy of the check will appear.  Please be patient, depending on your internet connection speed, this feature may take up to 60 seconds to process.  This service is free of charge to I.A.M. Online users.

Online check imaging can store checks up to a year old.  If you need a check copy for a check that cleared your account but is not showing within the HISTORY section, you can contact our Call Center to request a copy be mailed to you.  Phone 810-364-5030 or 800-356-EACU during normal Call Center hours and we'll be happy to process your request.  A fee may be charged for this service, please refer to our Fee Schedule for more information.

What kind of Internet access is necessary?

You can access I.A.M. Online with any type of Internet connection.  Download times and processing speeds will be affected by your Internet connection; Cable and DSL are faster and have fewer interruptions than Dial-up.

What type of browser can I use?

You can use either of the two most popular browsers on the market: Netscape or Internet Explorer. The browser level (or version) is important. Members must have version 3.0 or higher of Netscape or Internet Explorer.  E&A recommends that you should not use AOL 3.0 or earlier to access I.A.M. Online.   For a free upgrade your system browser visit www.microsoft.com or www.netscape.com.

Is there anything else I need to know about my browser?

Each browser must be SSL 3.0 compatible. Version 3.0 or higher of Netscape and Internet Explorer satisfy this requirement. The browser must be configured with "accept cookies" enabled for the SSL security feature to work. This feature is typically set in the browser's setup properties.

Example: In Internet Explorer 4.0, users can access this feature by going to the View Internet Options menu, then selecting the Advanced tag.

What happens if my PIN isn't working?

Sometimes your account can be frozen if you inadvertently entered the wrong PIN more than three (3) times.  You can also be blocked from entering I.A.M. Online if one or more of your accounts have become delinquent.  In either case, please call the credit union at (810) 966-4600 and asked to have your PIN reset.
