Attention I.A.M. Online Home Banking users!
On Tuesday, November 17 at approximately 7:00 a.m. ET I.A.M Online Home Banking will be unavailable for a duration of approximately 20 minutes as we implement new security features and an online password reset option.
What are these new features?
The first time you log into your account following these changes, you will be prompted to register personal verification questions. This will help to secure your account information from fraud.
In addition, you will be given the option to enroll in a new online password reset feature which will allow you to reset your password online should you forget it. This feature will be available 24/7 and will save you time as you will no longer need to call us to reset your password. A temporary password will be emailed to you, which you will be prompted to change once you log in.
